Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.

Estimated delivery time:

  • United States: 8–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


Damaged or Lost Packages

ToastTrend is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit by the carrier.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at toasttrend@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
